I have not had a chance to use it on an actual trip but it is just what I expected. For me it is a perfect fit around the shoulder. The bag rests comfortably under my left arm (I am right handed) out of the way but protected.
The 2 zipper compartments are just right for passports and other documents. Seems well made.

I developed neck issues and had to quit wearing my lovely leather bags. I absolutely love this. It is almost invisible as I purchased black and my favorite clothing is black. It fits snuggly under the right side of my chest and stays nice and flat. It holds my lipstick, cell phone, small credit card carrier, pkg. of hand wipes, and I still have tons of room. Y he largest pocket would fit a mini iPad or kindle easily, or a book. Don’t hesitate to buy for a woman.
